Which measures have ben taken in regards to the corona virus (COVID-19)? 

Following the regulations of the Dutch government and the RIVM to minimize social contacts the decision has been taken with your awarding body to cancel all exams until April 6. Please contact your awarding body for more information in regard to your exam and changing your booking. Your original booking confirmation gives information about the possibilities and conditions of changing your booking without any costs. We understand the impact of these measures and we ask your understanding for these exceptional circumstances and apologize for any inconveniences. 

 

I’ve booked my exam, but I won’t be able to make it that day. Can I still change my booking?
Up till one week ahead of your assessment, you can change easily change your booking without any costs in our Exam Management System.

Is it easy to reach the location?
All Lamark locations are easy to reach by car or public transport. For more information on the location of your choice take a look here.

Am I allowed to be there prior to my test?
We advise you to be at your location about 15 minutes before you start your exam.

Are all locations wheelchair accessible?
Almost all our locations (except for Ermelo, Goes and Den Helder) are wheelchair accessible. For more specific information on the location of your choice take a look here.

I am running late for my examination, can I call Lamark?
Our locations aren’t reachable by phone. Please contact the facility through which you booked your assessment with us.

Can I bring my personal belongings into the examination space?
Your coat, bag and other personal belongings are te to be put away in a designated locker. Any necessities, -if so instructed by your educational facility-, will be provided at your personal examination space. For more information on our policies read more here
